Independent game studio

Hi, we're Beaver Tantrum.

We're working on two games, Any Way There? and Zombies On Bikes. This is where we'll post updates on both.

We'll email when there's news or something to play, and that's it.

Our games

Both are in development. Here's where each one is at.

Screenshots soon We'll add screenshots once the truck section is further along.

Any Way There?

A four-player co-op road trip game.

You and three friends share one vehicle and try to get it to the end of the route. There's a truck section, a boat section and a plane section, and each one has its own ways of going wrong.

  • Truck: build your own way through with boards, ramps and push-starts.
  • Boat: it leaks, so someone has to keep the water out.
  • Plane: climb out onto the wing mid-flight to fix things.
  • Mini games and challenges for you and your friends along the way.

Zombies On Bikes

A kart racing game where everyone is a zombie on a bicycle.

Drift to build up boost, pick up power-ups and use them on the other racers. There's one fully playable track right now, Frankenstein's Castle, with more in progress, plus bots to race against and a time trial mode.

What to expect from us

A few things we care about in every game we make.

You can tell what went wrong.

The physics can get silly, but you should always be able to see why something happened.

Everyone has something to do.

In co-op, nobody should be standing around waiting. If that happens, we go back and fix the level.

Updates as we go.

We'll post work in progress as we go, even when it looks rough.
